PRN Maintenance

OAHS is seeking someone to join our maintenance staff to assist with a variety of duties including painting, snow removal, and small repairs at both the Hospital and Long Term Care Campus.

Job Duties:

Ability to take initiative, have a great attention for detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
Maintenance will install, monitor, repair, and maintain OAHS’s mechanical and stationary equipment.
Cares for physical plant including preventative maintenance, all outside traffic areas, entrances, exits, other hazards, and snow removal
Maintains confidentiality of information concerning patients/residents, staff or public

This is a PRN or as needed position, ideally working 8-12 hours a week depending on facility needs.

Requirements:

Knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing
2 years of experience in facility maintenance or relative experience preferred
