Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a Licensed Nurse (LPN) to work direct patient care in many capacities – observing, assessing, passing medications, and documenting information relating to the residents.

Duties Include:

Makes regular rounds observing resident condition, vital signs, assessing findings, planning resident nursing care, and recording pertinent information
Accurately administers medications and treatment as prescribed by the physician. Instructs residents on their treatments and medications to promote resident understanding and continuity of care. Provides necessary support to nursing assistants to ensure they are able to perform their work. Supervises care given by nursing assistants.
Gives report of pertinent information to the next shift coming on duty. Keeps DON and Care Coordinators updated on resident status
Serves as a role model for other nursing personnel.

Hours and Pay:

Full Time 60 hours per 2 week pay period
Evening (2pm - 10:30pm) or Overnight (10:15pm - 6:15am) shifts available
Works every 3rd weekend, with 1 holiday rotation per year
Eligible for evening ($1.50) and night ($3.00) shift differentials

Hourly Rate LPN: 24.48-33.61
